At CAMILLA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all full-priced items that are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and jewelry must have the protective seal intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain undisturbed.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
